We work to get Crispy Gummies packed quickly and shipped with the carrier that makes the most sense for your order.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1 business day after the order is placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We will choose the carrier for an order based on destination, service availability, delivery speed, package size, and overall shipping conditions.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order is handed off to the carrier. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order is processed.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Candy texture can be affected by heat and humidity during transit. We pack orders with care, but we cannot control temperatures once a package is with the carrier.

Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
